"This condominium is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. This actually feels like home. Despite being spacious with very nicely sized rooms, there is a familiar cozy feel to it. The community is so peaceful and serene. We can fish here, go for walks, ride our bikes, play tennis, etc. It is so close to all the shopping and restaurants in town. This is my accommodation of choice whenever I have to work in Greenwood, Laurens or Augusta. I will NEVER stay at one of the local hotels again as long as this condo is available."

"This is by far the best corporate housing facility in Greenwood. The condo is beautifully furnished and well appointed; we have everything at our disposal from brand new kitchen appliances to the recliner sofa to the most comfortable beds ever. The internet is never spotty; it has it’s own PRIVATE fenced in deck for entertainment or lounging; and a 2-car garage. The community has a clubhouse and boasts the best tennis facilities in this region. Nothing in Greenwood competes with this for corporate housing. My wife and kids love it here."
